1)We are budgerigars, Bogie (blue) and Cagney (green), adopted from Mickaboo in 2003. The amazing thing is how much we're like our namesakes, Humphrey Bogart and James Cagney.

2)Hemingway was surrendered to Mickaboo along with her mate, who had a tumor and died shortly thereafter. After grieving for several days, Hemingway has got his spirit back and he is ready to play. This picture shows three of Hemingway's favorite things.

3)Ajax, Barq and Cheer are all boys who came from animal shelters at different times. Ajax was surrendered by someone who had lost their home to foreclosure. Barq and Cheer were both strays. All three are enjoying their new homes, with new budgie friends.
