Global Giving has a contest in progress where Mickaboo can earn a $500 prize. Would you like to help Mickaboo earn it? It’s called the “Tribute Card Campaign”. Essentially, supporters such as you make donations to Mickaboo, as gifts in tribute to others. Examples – you might make a $10 donation to Mickaboo in honor of your bird-loving neighbor, or a $25 donation to Mickaboo in tribute to your mom, etc.
The fifteen Global Giving projects with the highest number of tribute cards given get $500 each. Mickaboo could earn this money if as few as ten people give these sorts of gifts, between now and the end of the year. Ready to give? If you are, go to http://www.globalgiving.org/projects/rescue-unwanted-and-abandoned-companion-birds/ and under the orange “donate” button, click the “gift or in-honor of” tab. Fill out the forms you see to name your honoree and do your gift.
